Order process

You are not required to create an account in order to place an order. Orders can be completed as a guest, without registering on the website.

You can place an order by shopping on our website. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail after receiving your order. As soon as your order is shipped we will inform you about it by sending you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the items you ordered, PANACEA can withdraw from the agreement. You will be informed immediately by e-mail that we cannot deliver the items you ordered.

Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases, as long as the order has not been processed (it has left our warehouse for its destination), it would be possible to make modifications or cancellations.

Payment & ownership transition

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the ownership in the purchase is not transmitted to you. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Delivery policy

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 6 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other external factors beyond our control.

We ship to all locations within the United States, with the exception of PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the weight and volume of the selected products. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Deliveries are carried out by third-party carriers through our fulfillment partner ARDI Express, which may include services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others. The choice of carrier is made based on delivery location, shipping method selected, and package characteristics.

Since shipping is handled by independent third-party service providers, PANACEA shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, lost packages, or other delivery issues caused by the shipping carriers. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, all responsibility for the timely and safe delivery of the package lies with the respective shipping service.
